unfortunately cannot accommodate product returns at this time. All appliances
come with a 2-year warranty. Please

Hair Care Product Policy –
Exchange – If a haircare product is not right for your hair
type, please let us know within 30 days of purchase at customercare@one-n-only.com to
initiate a exchange for a product that suits you better! Please note: Exchanges
are subject to a $5.99 restocking fee for each product.
Refund –
If you believe your hair care product is defectives, please
send us photographs for review at customercare@one-n-only.com.
We will issue a full or partial refund if the product is defects.
We are unable to process exchanges or refunds on One ‘n Only
products purchased from a retailer partner.

for information on their return policy.
